GASTRONOMY:
SoMa restaurant is set in the most exclusive area of the city, the traditional Salamanca district on the Serrano/Goya intersection. The décor includes a large picture window overlooking Calle Goya, making it light and airy by day, cosy and relaxing by night. Its white linen tablecloths and sparkling glassware provide a bright and peaceful atmosphere.Jorge Lacera’s cooking is defined as Mediterranean with brushstrokes of fusion. It serves healthy, wellbalanced food. Particularly recommended are the fresh fish, the red tuna with pak choy and soya and lime agar, and the Iberian pork secreto with red plum sweet and sour and violet potatoes.
