201 hotel rooms, plus two bars, an event space, a weekend club, the Grandpa Kiosk (all hail the midnight shopping!) the restaurant and SPACEby, our pop-up area for collaborations between local creators, us and our guests.
Since beginning of 2021 HOBO is merged together with TAK, 2 restaurants, bars and roof top terrace located on the 2 top floors of the hotel.
The merge between Scandinavia and Japan is the core philosophy at TAK. With nordic produce and Japanese cooking techniques, TAK’s Head Chef Frida Ronge has developed a robust gastronomic vision that constitutes a red line for everything done in the kitchen. Situated on the top floors overlooking Brunkebergstorg, the 160 capacity restaurant quickly established itself as one of Stockholms culinary institutions after the opening in 2017.
TAK was designed and furnished by award-winning architect Gert Wingårdh. The result is a Nordic environment with elegant and Japanese elements in architecture, interior, and feel — a timeless and disarming atmosphere that is perfected by the spectacular view.
